What?! Another fitness blog??

At Fuse Pilates, our classes aren’t traditional, so our blog won’t be your traditional fitness blog either.  Welcome to the discussion, where we’ll cover topics including the obvious (Pilates, Fuse-style), and also body image, weight-loss (and sometimes gain), diet, exercise science, fashion, fitness and nutrition trends, and more.  We’ll talk about how your mom wanted you stand up taller, why you never did, and why she was actually right.  We’ll introduce you to the concept that fit does not equal thin, and its corollary, overweight doesn’t equal weak.  We’ll tackle tough subjects like why tights aren’t pants and T-shirts aren’t dresses, but how you can make your workout outfit turn into a rockin’ going out outfit.

At Fuse Pilates, we understand that suggested serving sizes are a joke, so your workout better be serious.  We know that working out is a whole lot more fun when it isn’t work.  And if you’re going to take time out of your busy schedule of being fabulous to read a fitness blog, we should keep you in the conversation and make you think a lot and laugh a little, too.
