Our Push Prep Class is a prenatal Pilates equipment class developed specifically for moms-to-be! During the session we’ll focus on preparing you for the combination of strength and relaxation (yes, we said relaxation!) that your body requires to deliver a baby. The class is safe for the majority of prenatal clients. If you have experienced complications, please check with the teacher prior to signing up for class. This class is also appropriate for postnatal clients who want to ease back into Fuse (or get ready to begin it!)
Looking for additional prenatal class options? Any Fuse Pilates Reformer Level 1 class is appropriate for pre- and post-natal clients. Please let your instructor know that you are pregnant so that he or she can provide any necessary exercise modifications.
Note: Mat classes are not recommended for any prenatal clients after the first trimester.
