Membership & Membership Renewal

Unused sessions on memberships will NOT be carried over. 12 month memberships, however, can be put on hold for medical reasons by request and approval. All Membership plans will be renewed at their current pricing unless otherwise noted.

Payments & Refunds

All sales are non-refundable. Late membership payments will incur an additional 1.5% late fee every month until the payment in complete.
